subsection 7a71 by striking ordnance1   
signal1 chemical activity1              
transportation1 energy1 medical1 space  
flight1 telecommunications1 and         
aeronautical supplies1 including parts  
and accessories1 and designs thereof1   
and inserting demonstrations1           
prototypes1 products1 supplies1 parts1  
accessories1 auxiliary services1 and    

design for defense-related articles2    
7#b7 in subsection 7b7-- 7,a7 by        
inserting or modified after may be made2
 and  7,b7 by inserting prototyping1    
after greater than necessary for2 and   
7#c7 by adding at the end the following 
new subsection3  7c7 ,follow-,on        
production contracts or transactions

transactions without the use of
