,extension of deadlines for certain     
fiscal recovery and critical capital    
projects funds  7a7 ,state fiscal

 of the ,social ,security ,act is       
amended by adding at the end the        
following3 ,notwithstanding the previous
 sentence1 such funds provided for      
projects related to broadband           
infrastructure may be expended through

fiscal recovery fund ,section           
#fjc7;c77#f77;,d7 of the ,social        
,security ,act is amended by adding at  
the end the following3 ,notwithstanding 
the previous sentence1 such funds       
provided for projects related to

,capital projects fund ,section #fjd of 
the ,social ,security ,act is amended   
by-- 7#a7 redesignating subsection 7d7  
as subsection 7e72 and  7#b7 by         
inserting after subsection 7c7 the      
following3  7d7 ,availability ,funds    
provided under a payment made under this
 section for a project related to       
broadband infrastructure may be expended
