,this ,act may be cited as the ,lung    
,cancer ,medicare ,access to ,precise   
,testing ,act4  #b4 ,requiring coverage 
of lung cancer biomarker testing under  
,medicare  7a7 ,coverage ,section #ahfa 
of the ,social ,security ,act 7#db      
,u4,s4,c4 #aciex7 is amended--  7#a7 in 

subsection 7s77#b7-- 7,a7 in            
subparagraph 7,,jj71 by adding and at   
the end2 and  7,b7 by adding at the end 
the following new subparagraph3  7,,kk7 
lung cancer biomarker testing 7as       
defined in subsection 7nnn772  2 and    
7#b7 by adding at the end the following 
new subsection3  7nnn7 ,lung cancer     
biomarker testing ,the term lung cancer 
biomarker testing means a test furnished
 on or after ,january #a1 #bjbg1 to an  
individual diagnosed with lung cancer   
for the identification of #a or more    
specific biomarkers 7such as genes1     
proteins1 or other molecules7 based on  
the analysis of such individual's       
tissue1 blood1 or bodily fluids4  4  7b7
 ,payment ,section #ahcc7;a77#a7 of the 
,social ,security ,act 7#db ,u4,s4,c4   
#aciey7a77#a77 is amended-- 7#a7 by     
striking and 7,,hh7 and inserting       
7,,hh72 and  7#b7 by inserting 1 and    
7,,ii7 with respect to lung cancer      
biomarker testing 7as defined in section
 #ahfa7nnn771 the amount paid shall be  

#ajj percent of the reasonable charges  
for such testing before the semicolon at
 the end4
