the ,securing ,access to ,lower ,taxes  
by ensuring ,deductibility ,act or the  
,,salt ,deductibility ,act4  #b4 ,repeal
 of limitation on deduction for ,state

striking paragraph 7#f74  7b7 ,effective
 date ,the amendment made by this
