,federal ,food1 ,drug1 and ,cosmetic    
,act to require the label of a drug     
intended for human use to identify each 
ingredient in such drug that is1 or is  
derived directly or indirectly from1 a  
major food allergen or a                
gluten-containing grain1 and for other  
purposes4  #a4 ,short title ,this ,act  
may be cited as the ,allergen           
,disclosure ,in ,non-food ,articles ,act
 or the ,,adina ,act4  #b4 ,labeling of 
drugs with an ingredient that is a major
 food allergen or is made from a        
gluten-containing grain  7a7            
,misbranding ,section #ejb of the       
,federal ,food1 ,drug1 and ,cosmetic    

,act 7#ba ,u4,s4,c4 #ceb7 is amended by 
adding at the end the following3  7hh7  
,if it is a drug-- 7#a7 that is intended
 for human use2  7#b7 that contains an  
ingredient that is1 or is derived       
directly or indirectly from-- 7,a7 a    
major food allergen2 or  7,b7 a         
gluten-containing grain 7including      
wheat1 barley1 rye1 and their crossbred 
hybrids72 and  7#c7 whose label fails-- 
7,a7 to state that the drug contains    
such an ingredient2 and  7,b7 to        
identify each such ingredient and1 as   
applicable1 the type of                 
gluten-containing grain4  4  7b7        
,applicability ,section #ejb7;hh7 of the
 ,federal ,food1 ,drug1 and ,cosmetic   
,act1 as added by subsection 7a71 shall 
apply beginning on the earlier of-- 7#a7
 a date to be determined by the         
,secretary of ,health and ,human        
,services2 or  7#b7 the date that is #b 
years after the date of the enactment of
 this ,act4
