 as the ,office of ,management and      
,budget ,inspector ,general ,act4  #b4  
,inspector ,general for the ,office of  
,management and ,budget  7a7            
,establishment of ,office ,section #dja 
of title #e1 ,united ,states ,code1 is  
amended-- 7#a7 in paragraph1 7#a7 by    

inserting the ,office of ,management and
 ,budget1 after means2 and  7#b7 in     
paragraph 7#c71 by inserting the        
,director of the ,office of ,management 
and ,budget1 after means4  7b7 ,special 
provisions concerning the ,inspector    
,general of the ,office of ,management  
and ,budget ,chapter #d of title #e1    
,united ,states ,code1 is amended by    
adding after section #dba the following 
new section 7and by updating the table  
of contents for such chapter            
accordingly73  #dba;,a4 ,special        
provisions concerning the ,inspector    
,general of the ,office of ,management  
and ,budget ,the ,inspector ,general of 
the ,office of ,management and ,budget  
shall only have jurisdiction over those 
matters that have been specifically     
assigned to the ,office under law4  4   
7c7 ,appointment ,not later than #abj   
days after the date of the enactment of 
this ,act1 the ,president shall appoint 
an individual to serve as the ,inspector
 ,general of the ,office of ,management 

and ,budget in accordance with section  
#djc7;a7 of title #e1 ,united ,states
