may be cited as the ,critical           
,infrastructure ,manufacturing          
,feasibility ,act4  #b4 ,study on       
critical infrastructure manufacturing in
 the ,united ,states  7a7 ,study ,not   
later than #a year after the date of the

 enactment of this ,act1 the ,secretary 
of ,commerce shall conduct a study to-- 
7#a7 identify1 within each critical     
infrastructure sector1 any product that 
is in high demand and is being imported 
due to a manufacturing1 material1 or    
supply chain constraint in the ,united  
,states2  7#b7 analyze the costs and    
benefits of manufacturing in the ,united
 ,states any product identified under   
paragraph 7#a71 including any effects   
on-- 7,a7 jobs1 employment rates1 and   
labor conditions in the ,united ,states2
 and  7,b7 the cost of the product2     
7#c7 identify any product identified    
under paragraph 7#a7 that feasibly may  
be manufactured in the ,united ,states2 
and  7#d7 analyze the feasibility of1   
and any impediments to1 manufacturing   
any product identified under paragraph  
7#c7 in-- 7,a7 a rural area2  7,b7 an   
industrial park2 or  7,c7 an industrial 
park in a rural area4  7b7 ,report to   
,congress ,not later than #ah months    
after the date of the enactment of this 

,act1 the ,secretary shall-- 7#a7 submit
 to ,congress a report containing the   
results of the study required by        
subsection 7a71 with recommendations    
relating to manufacturing in the ,united
 ,states products identified under      
subsection 7a77#c72 and  7#b7 make the  
report available to the public on the   
website of the ,department of ,commerce4
  7c7 ,limitation on authority ,this    
section may not be construed to provide 
the ,secretary of ,commerce with        
authority to compel a person to provide 
information described in this section4
