of the amendments to collateral amounts 
made under section #b of this ,act on   
the performance of those loans1 during  
the period-- 7#a7 beginning on          
,september #cj1 #bjbj2 and  7#b7 ending 
on the date on that is #b years after   
the date of enactment of this ,act4  #d4

 communities in marketing and outreach
