 storage as an eligible use for funds   
provided under the storage facility loan
 program1 and for other purposes4  #a4  
,storage facility loans ,section

and ,energy ,act of #bjjh 7#g ,u4,s4,c4 
#hghi7;a77 is amended-- 7#a7 by striking
 funds for producers and inserting the  
following3 funds for-- 7#a7 producers  2
 and  7#b7 in paragraph 7#a7 7as so     
designated71 by striking the period at  
the end and inserting the following3 2  
or 7#b7 agricultural producers to       
construct or upgrade storage facilities 
for propane that is primarily used for  

agricultural production 7as such term is
 defined in section #dbgi4b of title #g1
 ,code of ,federal ,regulations 7as in  
effect on the date of the enactment of
