after the date of the enactment of this 
,act1 the ,under ,secretary of ,defense 
for ,acquisition and ,sustainment       
shall-- 7#a7 submit to the ,committees  
on ,armed ,services of the ,senate and  
the ,house of ,representatives a report 
regarding-- 7,a7 existing information   

streams within the ,federal ,government1
 if any1 for excipients and key starting
 materials of drugs that may be used to 
assess the reliance by the ,department  
of ,defense on high-risk foreign        
suppliers analyzed in the report        
required under section #hfj7;a7 of the  
,james ,m4 ,inhofe ,national ,defense   
,authorization ,act for ,fiscal ,year   
#bjbc 7,public ,law #aag-bfc2 #aj

active pharmaceutical ingredients1 final
 drug products1 and respective          
excipients and key starting materials   
analyzed in such report that is produced
 by each manufacturer in a high-risk    
foreign country1 as determined by the   
,secretary of ,defense2  7,c7 any       
limitations on the ability of the       
,secretary to-- 7i7 obtain or analyze   
the information identified under        
subparagraphs 7,a7 and 7,b72 and  7ii7  
use data analytics to monitor           
vulnerabilities in the pharmaceutical   
supply chain of the ,department2  7,d7  

how the ,secretary plans to address the 
limitations identified under            
subparagraph 7,c72 and  7,e7 any        
recommendations of the ,secretary to    
address those limitations2 and  7#b7    
update risk management guidance
