inserting ,,lgbtqi-owned1 after         
minority-owned1 each place such term    
appears2  7#b7 in subsection            
7e77#b77;,g71 by inserting 1 sexual     
orientation1 gender identity1 intersex  
status after sex2 and  7#c7 in          

subsection 7h71 by adding at the end the
 following3  7#g7 ,,lgbtqi-owned        
business ,the term ,,lgbtqi-owned       
business means a business-- 7,a7 more   
than #ej percent of the ownership or    
control of which is held by #a or more  
individuals self-identifying as lesbian1
 gay1 bisexual1 transgender1 queer1 or

percent of the net profit or loss of    
which accrues to #a or more individuals
