 prohibit employment of children in     
tobacco-related agriculture by deeming  
such employment as oppressive child

of children ,section #c7l7 of the ,fair 
,labor ,standards ,act of #aich 7#bi    
,u4,s4,c4 #bjc7l77 is amended-- 7#a7 in 
the first sentence-- 7,a7 by striking in
 any occupation1 or 7#b7 and inserting  
in any occupation1 7#b72 and  7,b7 by   
inserting before the semicolon the      
following3 1 or 7#c7 any employee under 

the age of eighteen years has direct    
contact with tobacco plants or dried    
tobacco leaves2 and  7#b7 in the second 
sentence1 by striking other than        
manufacturing and mining and inserting 1
 other than manufacturing1 mining1 and  
tobacco-related agriculture as described
 in paragraph 7#c7 of the first sentence
 of this subsection14
