,november #bjbb2 ,whereas1 according to a ,october #e1 #bjbb1 report by ,france #bd1 ,iran schoolgirls lead protests over ,mahsa ,amini's death2 ,whereas1 since the death of ,mahsa ,amini on ,september #af1 #bjbb1 many schoolgirls have been active in protests and tearing up pictures of ,supreme ,leader ,ayatollah ,ali ,khamenei1 calling for his death2 ,whereas the ,iranian regime has been slow to respond1 and angry parents are turning out in droves to challenge the regime and are calling the attacks targeted and deliberate to keep girls from getting an education2 ,whereas protests have erupted in more than a dozen cities across ,iran over the poisoning of thousands of schoolgirls and the government's inability to contain the growing crisis with chants of ,death to the child-killing regime42 ,whereas1 in several cities1 security forces have unleashed tear gas against people who were peacefully protesting the lack of action taken by the government to provide safety and security for schoolgirls2 ,whereas the ,iranian judiciary has targeted journalists who have reported on the schoolgirls' poisonings1 accusing them of spreading lies and rumors2 ,whereas the ,united ,states and the ,united ,nations 7,,un7 have called on the ,iranian regime to fully investigate the suspected poisonings of schoolgirls and hold those responsible to account2 ,whereas the ,united ,nations ,high ,commissioner for ,human ,rights spokeswoman ,ravina ,shamdasani has said1 ,we're very concerned about these allegations that girls are being deliberately targeted under what appear to be mysterious circumstances42 ,whereas the ,world ,health ,organization's 7,,who7 spokeswoman ,margaret ,harris stated that the agency contacted national health authorities and medical professionals about these incidents while using other means to understand more about the event so that we have better evidence2 ,whereas medics1 teachers1 and parents accuse the ,iranian authorities of silencing victims of suspected poisoning attacks2 ,whereas the ,iranian ,president1 ,ebrahim ,raisi1 has ignored the attacks for more than #ajj days and has responded with blaming protestors for the gas attacks on schoolgirls2 ,whereas1 on ,september #af1 #bjbb1 #bb-year-old ,mahsa 7,zhina7 ,amini was killed in custody by the ,iranian morality police1 which sparked the nationwide uprising for the last six months2 ,whereas women and youth have led the #bjbb protests in ,iran1 demanding social freedom and political change2 ,whereas these protests are rooted in the more than four decades of organized resistance against the ,iranian dictatorship1 which have been led by women who have endured torture1 sexual and gender-based violence1 and death2 ,whereas1 according to a ,december #i1 #bjbb1 ,amnesty ,international report1 ,iran's security forces have killed with absolute impunity at least #dd children and injured many more in a bid to crush the spirit of resistance among the country's youth and retain their iron grip on power at any cost2 ,whereas the similarity in slogans and tactics used by protests nationwide reflects the overarching demands of the ,iranian people and points to the organized nature of the protests2 ,whereas1 on ,december #ad1 #bjbb1 the ,united ,nations ,economic and ,social ,council 7,,ecosoc7 adopted a resolution to expel ,iran from the ,commission on the ,status of ,women 7,,csw7 for the remainder of its #d-year term ending in #bjbf2 ,whereas the ,department of ,state's #bjba ,country ,reports on ,human ,rights ,practices1 released on ,april #ac1 #bjbb1 cites that ,iran's government and its agents reportedly committed arbitrary or unlawful killings1 most commonly executions for crimes not meeting the international legal standard of most serious crimes or for crimes committed by juvenile offenders1 as well as executions after trials without due process2 ,whereas1 on ,october #be1 #bjba1 the ,united ,nations ,special ,rapporteur 7,,unsr7 on the situation of human rights in the ,islamic ,republic of ,iran1 ,javaid ,rehman1 told the ,united ,nations ,general ,assembly that almost all executions in the country constituted an arbitrary deprivation of life1 noting the extensive1 vague and arbitrary grounds in ,iran for imposing the death sentence1 which quickly can turn this punishment into a political tool2 ,whereas1 on ,january #ac1 #bjbb1 a ,united ,nations report has urged the international community to call for accountability with respect to long-standing emblematic events that have been met with persistent impunity1 including the enforced disappearances and summary and arbitrary executions of #aihh and the ,november #bjai protests2 ,whereas the massacre of thousands of political prisoners in #aihh was carried out based on a fatwa to execute all political prisoners1 including women and schoolgirls1 who remained loyal to the ,iranian ,resistance1 and subsequent death commissions were formed on ,july #ai1 #aihh1 whose members included the current ,iranian regime's ,president1 ,ebrahim ,raisi1 an official from the ,ministry of ,intelligence1 and a state prosecutor1 to implement the fatwa2 ,whereas1 ,whereas the people of ,iran1 both men and women1 are against compulsory religion1 compulsory hijab1 and compulsory government2 ,whereas the efforts by regime authorities to minimize these poisonings are reflected in the remarks by the ,minister of ,education of ,iran on ,february #ae1 #bjbc1 in which he said1 ,most of the poisoning of students in ,qom is caused by rumors that have scared the people and students1 and some of them had pre-existing diseases2 ,whereas1 according to a ,march #f1 #bjbc1 report by the judicial news agency1 ,mizan1 the head of ,iran's judiciary1 instead of arresting the perpetrators of the crime1 they threatened those who exposed this crime and stated1 ,the local ,justice ,departments in all provinces were ordered to set up a branch in the provincial capital to summon the people who spread lies in the case of poisonings2 ,whereas a statement by the ,ministry of ,interior on ,march #ab1 #bjbc1 attributed chemical attacks to mischievous and
