,not later than six months after the    
date of the enactment of this paragraph 
and at least semiannually thereafter1   
the ,secretary shall submit to the      
,committee on ,science1 ,space1 and     
,technology and the ,committee on       
,appropriations of the ,house of        
,representatives and the ,committee on  
,energy and ,natural ,resources and the 
,committee on ,appropriations of the    
,senate a report1 and make publicly     
available in digital online format1 that
 contains1 for the period covered by    
each such report1 for each covered      
project or other demonstration project  

administered or supported by the        
program1 the following3 7i7 ,a copy of  
any initial contracts or financial      
assistance agreements executed between  
the ,department and an award recipient1 
including any related documentation1 as 
the ,secretary determines appropriate4  
7ii7 ,a list of any material1 technical1
 or financial milestones that have or   
have not been met4  7iii7 ,any material 
modifications to the scope1 schedule1   
funding profile 7including cost-share   
requirements71 project partners or      
participating entities1 or budget of the
 project4  7,b7 ,streamlining ,to the   
extent practicable1 the ,secretary may  
synchronize the reports required under  
subparagraph 7,a7 with other required   
reports1 such as those required under--
