affiliation rules ,section

by striking beginning with #gb and      
inserting the following3 beginning with

hospital1 is assigned a ,north ,american
 ,industry ,classification ,system code 
beginning with #fb74  7c7 ,critical care
 hospitals defined ,section             
#g7;a77#cf77;,d7 of the ,small ,business
 ,act 7#ae ,u4,s4,c4 #fcf7;a77#cf77;,d77
 is amended by adding at the end the    
following3  7ix7 ,critical care hospital
 defined ,in this subparagraph1 the term
 critical care hospital means-- 7,i7 a  
hospital 7as defined in section         
#ahfa7;e7 of the ,social ,security ,act 
7#db ,u4,s4,c4 #aciex7e777 that-- 7aa7  
is located in a county 7or equivalent   
unit of local government7 in a rural    

area1 as defined in section

,u4,s4,c4 #acieww7d77#b77;,d772  7bb7 is
 treated as being located in a rural    
area pursuant to section                
#ahhf7;d77#h77;,e7 of such ,act 7#db

 for the most recent cost reporting     
period under section #ahhf7;d7 of such  
,act 7#db ,u4,s4,c4 #acieww7d771        
received an additional payment under
