the ,stop ,adversarial ,funding         
,expenditures for ,laboratories ,act or 
the ,,safe ,laboratories ,act4  #b4     
,prohibition on assistance to ,wuhan    
,institute of ,virology and other       
foreign laboratories ,no head of a      
,federal agency may provide assistance1 
directly or indirectly1 to the ,wuhan   
,institute of ,virology1 or any other   
laboratory located in a country
