,transportation to give priority        
consideration for certain ,department of
 ,transportation grant programs to      
eligible projects that improve or build 
resiliency in the supply chain1 and for 
other purposes4  #a4 ,prioritization for
 supply chain resiliency ,in making     
grants under section #aag of title #bc1 
,united ,states ,code1 and sections     
#fgja and #fgjb of title #di1 ,united   
,states ,code1 in addition to adhering  
to any prioritization1 project          
evaluation and selection criteria1 set  
aside1 ,state limitation1 or any other  
criteria1 limitation1 or requirements   
described under such sections1 the      
,secretary of ,transportation shall give
 priority consideration to eligible     

projects1 including multimodal projects1
 that improve or build resiliency in the
 supply chain4
