adding at the end the following3  7#cj7 
7,a7 ,in the case of an institution that
 considers the personality traits of    
applicants in making admission          
determinations1 the institution shall   
make available on the public website and
 application materials of such          

institution-- 7i7 a statement informing 
applicants of the use of personality    
traits in making admission              
determinations2  7ii7 the rationale for 
such use of personality traits2  7iii7 a
 description of the process under which 
personality traits are considered2 and  
7iv7 the standards and criteria used for
 rating personality traits4  7,b7 ,in   
this paragraph1 the term personality    
traits means1 with respect to an        
individual1 the patterns of such        
individual with respect to behaviors1   
thoughts1 and emotions1 and may include 
patterns relating to humor1 sensitivity1
 grit1 leadership1 integrity1           
helpfulness1 courage1 and kindness4  4
