,small ,business ,energy ,loan          
,enhancement ,act4  #b4 ,increase in    
certain maximum loan amounts  7a7 ,in   
general ,section #ejb7b77;,a7 of the    
,small ,business ,investment ,act of    
#aieh 7#ae ,u4,s4,c4 #fif7b77;,a77 is   
amended-- 7#a7 in clause 7iv71 by       
striking #e1ejj1jjj and inserting       
#aj1jjj1jjj2 and  7#b7 in clause 7v71 by
 striking #e1ejj1jjj and inserting      
#aj1jjj1jjj4  7b7 ,report ,not later    
than #a year after the date of enactment

,business ,administration shall submit  
to ,congress a report that details1 for 
the year covered by the report1 the     
industries and geographic areas with    
respect to which the ,administrator has
