their armed campaign beyond ,yemen's borders to target civilian infrastructure in ,saudi ,arabia and possibly beyond1 including hundreds of missile and drone attacks against civilian targets in ,saudi ,arabia that have killed innocent civilians2 ,whereas the ,houthi movement's slogan is1 ,god is great6 ,death to ,america6 ,death to ,israel6 ,curse upon the ,jews6 ,victory to ,islam62 ,whereas al ,qaeda in the ,arabian ,peninsula and the ,islamic ,state of ,iraq and ,syria--,yemen ,province have taken advantage of the ,yemeni civil war to expand their territory and resources2 ,whereas ,iran and its proxies have provided direct financial1 material1 and logistical support to the ,houthis for at least a decade2 ,whereas the ,united ,nations ,panel of ,experts on ,yemen has found that ,iran is in violation of ,united ,nations ,security ,council ,resolution #bbaf 7#bjae7 for supplying the ,houthis with missiles and drones2 ,whereas the ,bab-el-,mandeb ,strait between ,yemen1 ,djibouti1 and ,eritrea1 which connects the ,suez ,canal and ,red ,sea to the ,indian ,ocean1 is a strategically important transit point for a significant amount of global trade each year2 ,whereas the ,bab-el-,mandeb ,strait is the world's fourth-largest transit point for oil shipments2 ,whereas1 in its ,january #bjah and ,january #bjai reports1 the ,united ,nations ,panel of ,experts on ,yemen
