provide for the inclusion on the        
,vietnam ,veterans ,memorial ,wall of   
the names of the lost crew members of   
the ,u4,s4,s4 ,frank ,e4 ,evans killed  
on ,june #c1 #aifi4  #a4 ,short title   
,this ,act may be cited as the ,u4,s4,s4
 ,frank ,e4 ,evans ,act4  #b4 ,inclusion
 on the ,vietnam ,veterans ,memorial    
,wall of the names of the lost crew     
members of the ,u4,s4,s4 ,frank ,e4     
,evans killed on ,june #c1 #aifi  7a7   
,in general ,not later than #a year     
after the date of enactment of this     
,act1 the ,secretary of ,defense shall  
authorize the inclusion on the ,vietnam 
,veterans ,memorial ,wall in the        
,district of ,columbia of the names of  

the #gd crew members of the ,u4,s4,s4   
,frank ,e4 ,evans killed on ,june #c1   
#aifi4  7b7 ,required consultation ,the 
,secretary of ,defense shall consult    
with the ,secretary of the ,interior1   
the ,american ,battlefield ,monuments   
,commission1 and other applicable       
authorities with respect to any         
adjustments to the nomenclature and     
placement of names pursuant to          
subsection 7a7 to address any space     
limitations on the placement of         
additional names on the ,vietnam        
,veterans ,memorial ,wall4  7c7         
,nonapplicability of commemorative works
 act ,chapter #hi of title #dj1 ,united 
,states ,code 7commonly known as the    
,commemorative ,works ,act71 shall not  
apply to any activities carried out     
under subsection 7a7 or 7b74
