,agriculture to maintain or replace     
facilities or structures for commercial 
recreation services at ,smith ,gulch    
under section #c7;a77#bd77;,d7 of the   
,wild and ,scenic ,rivers ,act 7#af     
,u4,s4,c4 #abgd7;a77#bd77;,d77--  7#a7  
may include improvements or replacements
 that the ,secretary of ,agriculture    
determines-- 7,a7 are consistent with   

section #i7;b7 of the ,central ,idaho   
,wilderness ,act of #aihj 7#af ,u4,s4,c4
 #abha note2 ,public ,law #if-cab72 and 
7,b7 would reduce the impact of the     
commercial recreation facilities or     
services on wilderness or wild and      
scenic river resources and values2 and

,agriculture to consider including1 as  
appropriate-- 7,a7 hydroelectric        
generators and associated electrical    
transmission facilities2  7,b7 water    
pumps for fire suppression2  7,c7       
transitions from propane to electrical  
lighting2  7,d7 solar energy systems2   
7,e7 #f-volt or #ab-volt battery banks  
for power storage2 and  7,f7 other      
improvements or replacements which are  
consistent with this section that the
