hearings ,the ,secretary of ,energy may 
not take any action relating to the     
licensing1 planning1 development1 or    
construction of a nuclear waste         
repository at the ,yucca ,mountain site

,office of ,management and ,budget      
submits to ,congress1 and makes         
available to the public1 a study on the 
economic viability and job-creating     
benefits of alternative uses of the     
,yucca ,mountain site as described in   
the report of the ,government           
,accountability ,office numbered

activities1 such as a command facility  
for unmanned aircraft systems2  7,b7 a  
secure electronic data center2  7,c7 the
 development of renewable energy
