stamps are sold1 and for other purposes4

,conservation ,funds ,semipostal ,stamp 
,reauthorization ,act of #bjai4  #b4    
,reauthorization2 requirement to sell   
all stamps  7a7 ,in general ,section    
#b7;c7 of the ,multinational ,species   
,conservation ,funds ,semipostal ,stamp 
,act of #bjaj 7#ci ,u4,s4,c4 #daf note2 
,public ,law #aaa-bda7 is amended--     

7#a7 in paragraph 7#b7-- 7,a7 by        
striking of at least #f years12 and     
7,b7 by inserting before the period at  
the end the following3 and ending not   
earlier than the date on which the      
,united ,states ,postal ,service        
provides notice to ,congress under      
paragraph 7#e72 and  7#b7 by adding at  
the end the following3  7#e7            
,requirement to sell all stamps printed 
7,a7 ,in general ,the ,united ,states   
,postal ,service shall sell each copy of
 the ,multinational ,species            
,conservation ,fund ,semipostal ,stamp  
that the ,united ,states ,postal        
,service prints under this ,act4  7,b7  
,notification of ,congress ,the ,united 
,states ,postal ,service shall notify   
the ,committee on ,homeland ,security   
and ,governmental ,affairs of the       
,senate and the ,committee on ,oversight
 and ,reform of the ,house of           
,representatives when all copies of the 
,multinational ,species ,conservation   
,fund ,semipostal ,stamp printed under  

this ,act have been sold4  4  7b7       
,retroactive applicability  7#a7 ,in    
general ,the amendments made by         
subsection 7a7 shall take effect as if  
enacted on the day after the date of    
enactment of the ,multinational ,species
 ,conservation ,funds ,semipostal ,stamp
 ,reauthorization ,act of #bjac 7,public
 ,law #aac-afe2 #abh ,stat4 #ahgh74     
7#b7 ,consequence of destruction of     
stamps ,if the ,united ,states ,postal  
,service destroys #a or more            
,multinational ,species ,conservation   
,fund ,semipostal ,stamps before the    
date of enactment of this ,act1 the     
,united ,states ,postal ,service shall  
print and sell the same number of such  
stamps on or after that date of         
enactment4
