,congress ,it is the sense of ,congress 
that-- 7#a7 the ,muslim ,brotherhood    
meets the criteria for designation as a 
foreign terrorist organization under    
section #bai7;a7 of the ,immigration and
 ,nationality ,act 7#h ,u4,s4,c4        
#aahi7;a772 and  7#b7 the ,secretary of 
,state1 in consultation with the        
,attorney ,general and the ,secretary of

 the ,treasury1 should exercise the     
,secretary of ,state's statutory        
authority by designating the ,muslim    
,brotherhood as a foreign terrorist     
organization4  #c4 ,report on           
designation of the muslim brotherhood as
 a foreign terrorist organization  7a7  
,definitions ,in this section3 7#a7     
,appropriate congressional committees   
,the term appropriate congressional     
committees means-- 7,a7 the ,committee  
on ,homeland ,security and ,governmental
 ,affairs of the ,senate2  7,b7 the     
,committee on ,armed ,services of the   
,senate2  7,c7 the ,committee on        
,foreign ,relations of the ,senate2     
7,d7 the ,select ,committee on          
,intelligence of the ,senate2  7,e7 the 
,committee on the ,judiciary of the     
,senate2  7,f7 the ,committee on        
,banking1 ,housing1 and ,urban ,affairs 
of the ,senate2  7,g7 the ,committee on 
,homeland ,security of the ,house of    
,representatives2  7,h7 the ,committee  
on ,armed ,services of the ,house of    

,representatives2  7,i7 the ,committee  
on ,foreign ,affairs of the ,house of   
,representatives2  7,j7 the ,permanent  
,select ,committee on ,intelligence of  
the ,house of ,representatives2  7,k7   
the ,committee on the ,judiciary of the

the ,committee on ,financial ,services

 ,intelligence community ,the term      
intelligence community has the meaning  
given that term in section #c7d7 of the 
,national ,security ,act of #aidg 7#ej  
,u4,s4,c4 #cjjc7d774  7b7 ,report ,not  
later than #fj days after the date of   
the enactment of this ,act1 the         
,secretary of ,state1 in consultation   
with the intelligence community1 shall  
submit a detailed report to the         
appropriate congressional committees    
that-- 7#a7 indicates whether the       
,muslim ,brotherhood meets the criteria 
for designation as a foreign terrorist  
organization under section #bai7;a7 of  
the ,immigration and ,nationality ,act  

7#h ,u4,s4,c4 #aahi7;a772 and  7#b7 if  
the ,secretary of ,state determines that
 the ,muslim ,brotherhood does not meet 
the criteria referred to in paragraph   
7#a71 includes a detailed justification 
as to which criteria have not been met4 
7c7 ,form ,the report required under    
subsection 7b7 shall be submitted in    
unclassified form1 but may include a    
classified annex1 if appropriate4
