,this ,act may be cited as the ,b-#dg   
,ridge ,designation ,act4  #b4          
,designation of ,b-#dg ,ridge1 ,montana 
7a7 ,designation  7#a7 ,in general ,the 
unnamed mountain ridge located at       
#deaddj4hi ,n41 #aajdcch4ge ,w4 that    
runs south and west of ,emigrant ,peak  
in the ,absaroka ,range in the ,state of
 ,montana1 which is the approximate site
 of a crash of a ,b-#dg1 shall be known 
and designated as ,b-#dg ,ridge4  7#b7  
,references ,any reference in a law1    
map1 regulation1 document1 paper1 or    
other record of the ,united ,states to  
the ridge described in paragraph 7#a7   
shall be deemed to be a reference to    
,b-#dg ,ridge4  7b7 ,authorization for  
plaque  7#a7 ,in general ,the ,secretary
 of ,agriculture may authorize the      
installation and maintenance of a plaque
 on ,b-#dg ,ridge that--  7,a7          

memorializes the #aifb crash of the     
,b-#dg aircraft at the site2 and  7,b7  
may include the names of the victims of 
the crash4  7#b7 ,authorized terms and  
conditions ,the ,secretary of           
,agriculture may include any terms and  
conditions in the authorization for a   
plaque under paragraph 7#a7 that the    
,secretary of ,agriculture determines to
 be necessary4  7#c7 ,funding ,no       
,federal funds may be used to design1   
procure1 install1 or maintain the plaque
 authorized under paragraph 7#a74
