is repealed4  #c4 ,disbursement of      
remaining funds ,notwithstanding any    
provision of ,public ,law #hi-bbd 7#gi  
,stat4 #hig7 7as in effect on the day   
before the date of enactment of this    
,act7 relating to the distribution or   
use of funds1 as soon as practicable    
after the date of enactment of this     
,act1 the ,secretary of the ,interior   
shall disburse to the ,klamath ,tribe   
the balance of any funds that1 on or    

before the date of enactment of this    
,act1 were appropriated or deposited    
into the trust accounts for remaining   
legal fees and administration and per   
capita trust accounts1 as identified by 
the ,secretary of the ,interior1 under
