,allowing ,medicare payments for certain
 items and services furnished by        
off-campus outpatient departments of a  
provider to be determined under the     
prospective payment system for hospital 
outpatient department services ,section

 clause 7iv71 by striking and at the    
end2  7#b7 in clause 7v7-- 7,a7 by      
inserting before does not include the   
following3 subject to clause 7vi712 and 
7,b7 by striking the period at the end  
and inserting 2 and2 and  7#c7 by adding
 at the end the following new clause3   
7vi7 includes1 with respect to a year   
7beginning with #bjba71 any item or     
service-- 7,i7 that is furnished during 
such year by an off-campus outpatient   
department of a provider 7as defined in 
subparagraph 7,b7 of paragraph 7#ba772  
and  7,,ii7 with respect to which the   
greatest total amount paid with respect 
to a physician speciality under the     
physician fee schedule under section    
#ahdh for all such items or services    
furnished by physicians in such         
specialty during the previous year was
