 ,act may be cited as the ,emergency    
,aid for ,returning ,americans ,affected
 by ,coronavirus ,act4  #b4 ,increase in
 aggregate payments for fiscal year

#aaac7;d7 of the ,social ,security ,act 
7#db ,u4,s4,c4 #acac7;d77 is amended by 
striking fiscal years #bjag and #bjah   
and all that follows through the period 
and inserting fiscal year #bjbj1 the    
total amount of such assistance provided

 during such fiscal year shall not      
exceed #aj1jjj1jjj44  7b7 ,emergency    
designation  7#a7 ,in general ,the      
amounts provided by the amendment made  
by this section are designated as an    
emergency requirement pursuant to       
section #d7;g7 of the ,statutory        
,pay-,as-,you-,go ,act of #bjaj 7#b     
,u4,s4,c4 #icc7;g774  7#b7 ,designation 
in senate ,in the ,senate1 this section 
and the amendment made by this section  
are designated as an emergency          
requirement pursuant to section

 ,congress71 the concurrent resolution  
on the budget for fiscal year #bjah4    
#c4 ,limit on direct contact with       
repatriated individuals during          
,,covid-#ai emergency period ,during the
 emergency period described in section

temporary assistance under section #aaac
 of such ,act 7#db ,u4,s4,c4 #acac71 no 

employee of the ,administration for     
,children and ,families of the          
,department of ,health and ,human       
,services shall have direct1 in-person  
contact with an individual specified in 
section #aaac7;a77#a7 of such ,act 7#db 
,u4,s4,c4 #acac7;a77#a771 except in the 
case of a uniformed member of the       
,regular ,corps or the ,ready ,reserve  
,corps of the ,commissioned ,corps of   
the ,public ,health ,service 7as        
described in section #bjc of the ,public
 ,health ,service ,act 7#db ,u4,s4,c4   
#bjd77 in an active duty status who1 as 
determined by the ,secretary of ,health 
and ,human ,services1 has-- 7#a7        
received appropriate training on        
infection prevention and control2 and   
7#b7 access to appropriate personal     
protective equipment4
