the ,shut ,down ,child ,prison ,camps   
,act4  #b4 ,defined term ,in this ,act1 
the term temporary emergency shelter    
means an unlicensed care provider       
facility that provides temporary        
emergency shelter and services for      
unaccompanied alien children when       
licensed facilities are near or at      
capacity4  #c4 ,prohibition against     
temporary emergency shelters ,the       
,secretary of ,health and ,human        
,services shall not maintain or operate 
7directly or through a contract7 any    

temporary emergency shelter1 including--
  7#a7 the temporary emergency shelter  
previously operational in ,tornillo1    
,texas2 and  7#b7 the temporary         
emergency shelter in ,homestead1        
,florida4
