active service in response to the

transitional health benefits provided to
 members of the reserve components      
separating from active duty4  #a4 ,short
 title ,this ,act may be cited as the   
,support our ,national ,guard ,act4  #b4
 ,transitional health benefits for      
certain members of the ,national ,guard 
serving under orders in response to the 
coronavirus 7,,covid-#ai7  7a7 ,in      
general ,the ,secretary of ,defense     
shall provide to a member of the        
,national ,guard separating from active 
service after serving on full-time      

,national ,guard duty pursuant to       
section #ejb7;f7 of title #cb1 ,united  
,states ,code1 the health benefits      
authorized under section #aade of title 
#aj1 ,united ,states ,code1 for a member
 of a reserve component separating from 
active duty1 as referred to in          
subsection 7a77#b77;,b7 of such section 
#aade1 if the active service from which 
the member of the ,national ,guard is   
separating was in support of the whole  
of government response to the           
coronavirus 7,,covid-#ai74  7b7         
,definitions ,in this section1 the terms
 active duty1 active service1 and       
full-time ,national ,guard duty have the
 meanings given those terms in section
