amended--  7#a7 by striking subsection  
7i7 and inserting the following3  7i7   

,exemption from certain disclosure      
requirements ,the requirements of       
paragraphs 7#d71 7#e71 and 7#f7 of      
subsection 7b7 shall not apply with     
respect to any depository institution   
described in section #cjc7c77;,a7 that  
has total assets1 as of the most recent 
full fiscal year of the institution1 of

striking subsection 7o74  7b7 ,technical
