striking or at the end of subparagraph  
7,b72  7,b7 by striking the period at   
the end of subparagraph 7,c7 and        
inserting 2 or2 and  7,c7 by inserting  
after subparagraph 7,c7 the following   
new subparagraph3  7,d7 that1 as of     
,january #a1 #bjjj1 was maintained by an
 employer--  7i7 described in section   
#eja7;c77#c7 of the ,internal ,revenue  
,code of #aihf1  7ii7 who has been in   
existence for at least #hj years1  7iii7
 who conducts medical research directly 
or indirectly through grant making1 and 
7iv7 whose primary exempt purpose is to 
provide services with respect to mothers
 and children4  4  7b7 ,internal revenue
