,united ,states ,code1 to direct the    
,secretary of ,veterans ,affairs to     
allow a veteran to receive a full year  
supply of contraceptive pills1          
transdermal patches1 and vaginal rings1 
and for other purposes4  #a4 ,short     
title ,this ,act may be cited as the    
,access to ,contraception ,expansion for
 ,veterans ,act or the ,,ace ,veterans  
,act4  #b4 ,full year supply of         
contraceptive pills1 transdermal        
patches1 and vaginal rings  7a7 ,full   
year supply ,subchapter ,,ii of chapter 
#ag of title #ch1 ,united ,states ,code1
 is amended by inserting after section  
#agbj;,i the following new section3     
#agbj;,j4 ,full year supply of          

contraceptive pills1 transdermal        
patches1 and vaginal rings  7a7 ,request
 for full year supply ,the ,secretary   
shall ensure that a veteran who is      
enrolled in the system of annual patient
 enrollment under section #agje of this 
title and who receives a prescription   
for contraceptive pills1 transdermal    
patches1 or vaginal rings may1 upon     
request1 fill such prescription as a    
full year supply4  7b7 ,notice ,a       
veteran described in subsection 7a7     
shall be notified of the option for a   
full year supply described in that      
subsection at the time at which the     
prescription is issued4  4  7b7         
,clerical amendment ,the table of       
sections at the beginning of such       
subchapter is amended by inserting after
 the item relating to section #agbj;,i  
the following new item3  #agbj;,j4 ,full
 year supply of contraceptive pills1    
transdermal patches1 and vaginal rings4
