,notification ,not later than #ae days after exercising the authority provided for in subsection 7a71 the ,secretary of ,defense shall notify the congressional defense committees of such exercise4 7d7 ,report ,not later than ,december #ca of each year through #bjbb1 the ,secretary of ,defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on expenditures made pursuant to the authority provided for in subsection 7a74 ,each such report shall include a full description and evaluation of each of the cyber operations-peculiar capability development projects that is the subject of each such expenditure1 definitions and standards for cyber operations-peculiar requirements1 transition plans1 and any other matters the ,secretary determines relevant4 #afci4 ,extension of
