,this ,act may be cited as the ,native  
,american ,business ,outreach ,act4  #b4
 ,native ,american ,outreach ,program   
,the ,small ,business ,act 7#ae         
,u4,s4,c4 #fca et seq47 is amended--    
7#a7 by redesignating section #di 7#ae  
,u4,s4,c4 #fca note7 as section #ej2 and
  7#b7 by inserting after section #dh   
7#dh ,u4,s4,c4 #fegu7 the following3    
#di4 ,native ,american ,outreach        
,program  7a7 ,in general ,the          
,administrator shall establish and carry
 out a ,native ,american ,outreach      
,program to provide assistance to--     

7#a7 ,native ,american communities1     
including ,alaska ,natives and ,native  
,hawaiians2 and  7#b7 small business    
concerns owned by individuals in those  
communities or ,indian tribes4  7b7     
,assistance ,in carrying out the ,native
 ,american ,outreach ,program1 the      
,administrator may-- 7#a7 provide       
training and educational outreach       
through business development workshops  
and entrepreneurial classes to small    
business concerns owned by ,indian      
tribes or ,native ,americans1 including 
,alaska ,natives and ,native ,hawaiians2
  7#b7 hold ,tribal consultations to    
solicit input and provide interested    
parties an opportunity to discuss       
potential modifications to programs of  
the ,administration1 including the      
program under section #h7;a7 and the    
,h,u,b,zone program under section #ca2  
and  7#c7 provide such other assistance 
as the ,administrator may determine     
necessary to assist ,native ,american   
communities to implement economic and   

business development strategies and     
actions to improve entrepreneurship and 
long-term job growth4  7c7              
,authorization of appropriations ,there 
is authorized to be appropriated to     
carry out this section #e1jjj1jjj for   
fiscal year #bjbj and each fiscal year  
thereafter4  4
