distribution as grounds of

 title ,this ,act may be cited as the   
,removing ,marijuana from ,deportable   
,offenses ,act4  #b4 ,striking marijuana
 use1 possession1 and distribution as   
grounds for inadmissibility and removal 
7a7 ,in general ,the ,immigration and   
,nationality ,act 7#h ,u4,s4,c4 #aaja et
 seq47 is amended--  7#a7 in section    
#aja7;a77#dc77;,b7 7#h ,u4,s4,c4        
#aaja7;a77#dc77;,b771 by inserting other
 than the distribution of marijuana1    
after 7as defined in section #ajb of the
 ,controlled ,substances ,act72  7#b7 in
 section #bab7;a77#b7 7#h ,u4,s4,c4     

#aahb7;a77#b771 by amending subparagraph
 7,f7 to read as follows3  7,f7         
,marijuana offenses ,notwithstanding any
 other provision of this section1 any   
offenses involving the use1 possession1 
or distribution of marijuana shall not  
be considered as grounds of             
inadmissibility4  2 and  7#c7 in section
 #bcg7;a77#b77;,b77i7 7#h ,u4,s4,c4     
#abbg7;a77#b77;,b77i771 by striking     
other than a single offense involving   
possession for one's own use of #cj     
grams or less of marijuana and inserting
 other than offenses involving the use1 
possession1 or distribution of          
marijuana4  7b7 ,right ,to reapply or   
return  7#a7 ,reapplication ,any alien  
who was previously denied a visa to     
enter the ,united ,states as a direct   
result of the alien's use1 possession1  
or distribution of marijuana may reapply
 for admission to the ,united ,states4  
7#b7 ,reissuance ,any alien who was     
deported from the ,united ,states as a  
direct result of the alien's use1       

possession1 or distribution of marijuana
 shall be readmitted to the ,united     
,states and reissued the visa that they 
had at the time of the alien's          
deportation if the alien is not         
inadmissible under section #bab7;a7 of  
the ,immigration and ,nationality ,act1
