,,bill  ,to authorize ,state opioid     
response grants1 and for other purposes4
  #a4 ,short title  ,this ,act may be   
cited as the ,combating ,meth and       
,cocaine ,act4  #b4 ,state opioid       
response grants  7a7 ,authorization ,the
 ,assistant ,secretary for ,mental      
,health and ,substance ,use may award   
opioid response grants to ,states4  7b7 
,prevention and treatment activities ,a 
,state may use the funds awarded through
 a grant under subsection 7a7 to carry  
out prevention and treatment activities 
with respect to opioid use disorders1   
which may include--  7#a7 education     
regarding opioid use disorders2  7#b7   
treatment 7including the provision of   
medication7 for opioid use disorders2   

7#c7 behavioral health services for     
individuals in opioid treatment         
programs2  7#d7 referral to treatment   
services for individuals with an opioid 
use disorder2  7#e7 recovery support for
 individuals with an opioid use         
disorder2  7#f7 medical screening       
associated with such treatment2 and     
7#g7 preventing or treating the abuse of
 psychostimulants1 such as cocaine or   
methamphetamine4  7c7 ,authorization of 
appropriations ,there is authorized to  
be appropriated #ejj1jjj1jjj for each of
 fiscal years #bjbj through #bjbd for   
the purpose of carrying out this        
section4
