title ,this ,act may be cited as the    
,repeal ,insurance ,plans of the        
,multi-,state ,program ,act or the ,,rip
 ,,msp ,act4  #b4 ,repeal of            
multi-,state plan program  7a7          
,definitions ,in this section1 the terms
 multi-,state plan issuer and ,,msp     
issuer mean a health insurance issuer or
 group of health insurance issuers that 
has a contract with the ,office of      
,personnel ,management to offer         
multi-,state plan options pursuant to   
section #accd of the ,patient           

,protection and ,affordable ,care ,act  
7,public ,law #aaa-adh74  7b7 ,program  
,repeal ,effective ,january #a1 #bjbj1  
section #accd of the ,patient           
,protection and ,affordable ,care ,act  
7,public ,law #aaa-adh7 shall have no   
force or effect4  7c7 ,termination of   
external review ,the administration of  
external review pursuant to section     
#accd of the ,patient ,protection and   
,affordable ,care ,act shall conclude   
upon the issuance by the ,director of   
the ,office of ,personnel ,management   
7referred to in this section as ,,opm7  
of all final decisions for enrollees    
enrolled in a multi-,state plan during  
or before the #bjai plan year4  7d7     
,required reporting ,not later than #fj 
days after the date of enactment of this
 ,act1 the ,director of ,,opm shall     
provide the ,committee on ,homeland     
,security and ,governmental ,affairs and
 the ,committee on ,health1 ,education1 
,labor1 and ,pensions of the ,senate and
 the ,committee on ,oversight and       

,reform and the ,committee on ,energy   
and ,commerce of the ,house of          
,representatives a briefing concerning  
the efforts of the ,,opm to wind down   
the multi-,state program under section  
#accd of the ,patient ,protection and   
,affordable ,care ,act4 ,such briefing  
shall contain such information as may be
 required1 including information        
regarding--  7#a7 the methods of        
communication ,,opm and an ,,msp issuer 
will use to notify current enrollees    
that the multi-,state plan will not be  
offered during the next open season1    
including a timeline of the planned     
communications2  7#b7 a description of  
how the ,director of ,,opm will work    
with the ,secretary of ,health and      
,human ,services to ensure that no plans
 previously offered pursuant to such    
section #accd are offered on ,state or  
,federal ,exchanges2 and  7#c7 a        
timeline detailing how ,,opm will close 
down the information technology portal  
that ,,msp issuers utilize4  7e7        

,conforming amendments  7#a7 ,in general
 ,title ,i of the ,patient ,protection  
and ,affordable ,care ,act is amended-- 
7,a7 in section #acja7;a7 7#db ,u4,s4,c4
 #ahjba7;a77--  7i7 in paragraph 7#b7-- 
7,i7 in the heading1 by striking and    
multi-,state qualified health plans2 and
  7,,ii7 by striking and a multi-,state 
plan under section #accd12 and  7ii7 in 
paragraph 7#d71 by striking 1 including 
a multi-,state qualified health plan12  
and  7,b7 in section #acbd7;a7 7#db

a multi-,state qualified health plan
