qualified equipment for cold storage of 
,,covid-#ai vaccines4  #a4 ,short title 
,this ,act may be cited as the          
,,covid-#ai ,cold ,storage ,expansion   
,act of #bjbj4  #b4 ,reimbursing health 
care providers for equipment for cold   
storage of ,,covid-#ai vaccines  7a7 ,in
 general ,the ,secretary of ,health and 
,human ,services shall reimburse        
qualified health care providers for the 
costs of purchasing1 leasing1           
installing1 and operating qualified     
equipment for cold storage of           
,,covid-#ai vaccines4  7b7 ,definitions 

,in this ,act3 7#a7 ,the term           
,,covid-#ai vaccine means a vaccine to  
prevent or mitigate the virus that      
causes ,,covid-#ai4  7#b7 ,the term     
qualified equipment means equipment that
 meets such criteria as the ,food and   
,drug ,administration may specify for   
cold storage of a ,,covid-#ai vaccine4  
7#c7 ,the term qualified health care    
provider means a health care provider   
that-- 7,a7 is licensed or credentialed 
in the jurisdiction where vaccination   
takes place2 and  7,b7 completes and    
signs the ,,cdc ,,covid-#ai ,vaccination
 ,program ,provider ,agreement4  7c7    
,authorization of appropriations ,to    
carry out this ,act1 there are          
authorized to be appropriated such sums 
as may be necessary1 to be derived from 
amounts made available to the ,secretary
 of ,health and ,human ,services by the 
,coronavirus ,aid1 ,relief1 and         
,economic ,security ,act 7,public ,law  
#aaf-acf7 and allocated for ,operation  
,warp ,speed4
