the map1 which shall be known as the    
,cerro de la ,olla ,wilderness4  2  7,b7
 in paragraph 7#g7-- 7i7 by striking map
 and each place it appears and inserting
 maps and2 and  7ii7 in subparagraph    
7,b71 by striking the legal description 
and map and inserting the maps or legal 
descriptions2 and  7,c7 by adding at the

 end the following3  7#ab7 ,wildlife    
water development projects in ,cerro de 
la ,olla ,wilderness  7,a7 ,in general  
,subject to subparagraph 7,b7 and in    
accordance with section #d7;c7 of the   
,wilderness ,act 7#af ,u4,s4,c4         
#aacc7;c771 the ,secretary may authorize
 the maintenance of any structure or    
facility in existence on the date of    
enactment of this paragraph for wildlife
 water development projects 7including  
guzzlers7 in the ,cerro de la ,olla     
,wilderness if1 as determined by the    
,secretary-- 7i7 the structure or       
facility would enhance wilderness values
 by promoting healthy1 viable1 and more 
naturally distributed wildlife          
populations2 and  7ii7 the visual       
impacts of the structure or facility on 
the ,cerro de la ,olla ,wilderness can  
reasonably be minimized4  7,b7          
,cooperative agreement ,not later than  
#a year after the date of enactment of  
this paragraph1 the ,secretary shall    
enter into a cooperative agreement with 

the ,state of ,new ,mexico that         
specifies1 subject to section #d7;c7 of 
the ,wilderness ,act 7#af ,u4,s4,c4     
#aacc7;c771 the terms and conditions    
under which wildlife management         
activities in the ,cerro de la ,olla    
,wilderness may be carried out4  4  7b7 
,clerical amendment ,the table of       
contents for the ,john ,d4 ,dingell1    
,jr4 ,conservation1 ,management1 and    
,recreation ,act 7,public ,law #aaf-i2  
#acc ,stat4 #eha7 is amended by striking
 the item relating to section #abjb and 
inserting the following3  ,sec4 #abjb4
