 on funds appropriated under the ,,cares
 ,act4  #a4 ,short title ,this ,act may 
be cited as the ,accountability for     
,,cares ,act of #bjbj4  #b4 ,funding    
limitation  7a7 ,in general ,none of the
 funds appropriated under the ,,cares   
,act 7,public ,law #aaf-acf7 may be     
provided to an entity that is under the 
foreign ownership1 control1 or influence
 of-- 7#a7 the ,government of the       
,people's ,republic of ,china2  7#b7 the
 ,chinese ,communist ,party2 or  7#c7 an
 entity domiciled in the ,people's      
,republic of ,china4  7b7 ,clawback ,the
 ,secretary of the ,treasury1 in        
consultation with the ,secretary of     

,state1 shall recover all of the amounts
 appropriated under the ,,cares ,act    
that were provided to entities described
 in subsection 7a74
