,extension of physical presence waiver  
under ,,wic during certain public health
 emergencies ,section #bbjc of the      
,families ,first ,coronavirus ,response 
,act 7,public ,law #aaf-abg2 #db        
,u4,s4,c4 #aghf note7 is amended-- 7#a7 
in subsection 7a77#b71 by striking any  
portion and all that follows through the
 period at the end and inserting the    
qualified emergency period described in 
subsection 7c77#a742 and  7#b7 by       
amending subsection 7c7 to read as      

follows3  7c7 ,applicability  7#a7      
,qualified emergency period ,the        
qualified emergency period described in 
this paragraph is the period-- 7,a7     
beginning on ,march #ah1 #bjbj2 and     
7,b7 ending on ,september #cj1 #bjba4   
7#b7 ,effect of extension ,the          
,secretary may extend 7without further  
application7 a waiver approved by the   
,secretary and received by a ,state     
agency under this section before the    
date of the enactment of the ,,wic      
,waiver ,extension ,act of #bjbj such   
that such waiver applies during the     
qualified emergency period described in 
paragraph 7#a74  7#c7 ,sunset ,the      
authority under this section shall      
expire on ,september #cj1 #bjba4  4  #c4
 ,extension of administrative           
requirements waiver under ,,wic ,section
 #bbjd of the ,families ,first          
,coronavirus ,response ,act 7,public    
,law #aaf-abg7 is amended-- 7#a7 in     
subsection 7c71 by striking ,september  
#cj1 #bjbj and inserting ,september #cj1

 #bjba2 and  7#b7 by adding at the end  
the following3  7d7 ,effect of extension
 ,the ,secretary of ,agriculture may    
extend 7without further application7 a  
waiver approved by the ,secretary of    
,agriculture and received by a ,state   
agency under this section before the    
date of the enactment of the ,,wic
