 referred to the ,committee on ,small   
,business  ,a ,,bill  ,to direct the    
,administrator of the ,small ,business  
,administration to establish or certify 
a calculator that assists lenders and   
recipients with paycheck protection     
program loan forgiveness1 and for other 
purposes4  #a4 ,short title ,this ,act  
may be cited as the ,calculate ,,ppp    
,forgiveness ,act of #bjbj4  #b4        
,calculator for paycheck protection     
program loan forgiveness  7a7 ,in       
general ,the ,administrator of the      
,small ,business ,administration shall  
take actions1 in accordance with this   
section1 to ensure the availability of a
 calculator with respect to forgiveness 
of covered loans that-- 7#a7 is easily  
accessible by the public online2  7#b7  
can be utilized without cost2  7#c7 with

 respect to a covered loan1 allows a    
lender or recipient to accurately       
estimate the amount of loan forgiveness 
related to such loan2 and  7#d7 assists 
a lender or recipient to complete an    
application to request loan forgiveness 
with respect to a covered loan4  7b7    
,manner of provision ,not later than #e 
days after the date of enactment of this
 ,act1 the ,administrator shall         
establish1 and thereafter maintain1 at  
least one of the following3 7#a7 ,a     
calculator that satisfies the           
requirements specified in subsection    
7a74  7#b7 ,a process to certify a      
calculator established and maintained by
 a third party that satisfies such      
requirements4  7c7 ,certification       
process requirements  7#a7 ,in general  
,if1 under subsection 7b71 the          
,administrator elects only to establish 
the certification process referenced in 
paragraph 7#b7 of that subsection1 the  
,administrator-- 7,a7 not later than #aj
 days after the date of enactment of    

this ,act1 shall certify at least one   
calculator that satisfies the           
requirements specified in subsection    
7a72  7,b7 upon request1 shall review   
and1 after a certification under        
subparagraph 7,a71 may certify          
additional calculators that satisfy the 
requirements specified in paragraphs    
7#a71 7#c71 and 7#d7 of subsection 7a7  
7with certification determinations made 
not later than #aj days after the       
receipt of an application for review72  
and  7,c7 not later than #aj days after 
the date of enactment of this ,act1 and 
weekly thereafter1 shall make available 
to the public online a list specifying  
the calculators-- 7i7 certified pursuant
 to this section2 and  7ii7 under review
 for certification4  7#b7 ,assisted     
applications ,the ,administrator shall  
accept an application to request loan   
forgiveness with respect to a covered   
loan submitted with the assistance of a 
calculator certified under this section4
  7#c7 ,use of logo ,the ,administrator 

may establish a logo that a third party 
may utilize to signify that a calculator
 is certified pursuant to this section4 
7d7 ,coordination with ,department of   
the ,treasury ,the ,administrator shall 
carry out this section in coordination  
with the ,secretary of the ,treasury4   
7e7 ,covered loan defined ,in this      
section1 the term covered loan has the  
meaning given such term in section      
#g7;a77#cf7 of the ,small ,business ,act
 7#ae ,u4,s4,c4 #fcf7;a77#cf774  7f7    
,expiration ,the requirements under this
 section shall cease to have effect on
