,states ,code1 is amended by adding at  
the end the following new section3

civilian employees  7a7 ,eligibility of 
protective services civilian employees  

,an individual employed as a protective 
services civilian employee at a military
 installation shall be permitted to     
purchase food and hygiene items at a    
commissary store or ,,mwr retail        
facility located on that military       
installation4  7b7 ,definitions ,in this
 section3 7#a7 ,the term ,,mwr retail   
facility has the meaning given that term
 in section #ajfc of this title4  7#b7  
,the term protective services civilian  
employee means a position in any of the 
following series 7or successor          
classifications7 of the ,general        
,schedule3  7,a7 ,security              
,administration 7,,gs-#jjhj74  7,b7     
,fire ,protection and ,prevention       
7,,gs-#jjha74  7,c7 ,police             
7,,gs-#jjhc74  7,d7 ,security ,guard
