 ,in this section3  7#a7 ,administrator 
,the term ,administrator means the      
,administrator of the ,environmental    
,protection ,agency4  7#b7 ,state       
revolving loan fund ,the term ,state    
revolving loan fund means--  7,a7 a     
,state water pollution control revolving
 fund established under title ,,vi of   
the ,federal ,water ,pollution ,control 
,act 7#cc ,u4,s4,c4 #acha et seq472 and 
7,b7 a ,state drinking water treatment  
revolving loan fund established under   
section #adeb of the ,safe ,drinking    
,water ,act 7#db ,u4,s4,c4 #cjj;j-#ab74 
7b7 ,loan terms  7#a7 ,federal ,water   
,pollution ,control ,act ,section       
#fjc7;d77#a77;,a7 of the ,federal ,water
 ,pollution ,control ,act 7#cc ,u4,s4,c4
 #achc7;d77#a77;,a77 is amended by      
striking the lesser of #cj years and4

striking subparagraph 7,c7 and inserting
 the following3  7,c7 each loan has a   
term that does not exceed the projected 
useful life 7as determined by the       
,state7 of the project for which the    
loan was made2  4  7c7 ,applicability to
 existing loans ,the term of a loan made
 from a ,state revolving loan fund      
before the date of enactment of this    
,act may1 on agreement of the parties to
 the loan1 be extended in accordance    
with the amendments made by subsection  
7b71 as applicable4  7d7 ,leaded public 
drinking water infrastructure ,section

7#a7 in clause 7iii71 by striking 2 and 
and inserting a semicolon2  7#b7 in     
clause 7iv71 by striking the period at  
the end and inserting 2 and2 and  7#c7  
by adding at the end the following3  7v7
 to replace pipes1 plumbing fittings1   
and fixtures that carry water that is   
not free of lead or perfluoroalkyl or   

polyfluoroalkyl substances at-- 7,i7 a  
public school2  7,,ii7 a public park2   
7,,iii7 a fire station2  7,,iv7 a police
 station2  7,v7 a senior center2  7,,vi7
 a community center2 or  7,,vii7 any    
other municipal-1 ,tribal-1 or          
,state-owned facility that provides the 
public or employees with drinking water4
  4  7e7 ,reports  7#a7 ,state revolving
 loans ,not later than #ah months after 
the date of enactment of this ,act1 and 
each year thereafter1 the ,administrator
 shall submit to ,congress a report     
describing-- 7,a7 the terms of          
assistance from1 recipients of          
assistance from1 and amounts within each
 ,state revolving fund loan2 and  7,b7  
whether a ,state revolving fund loan has
 been refinanced4  7#b7 ,lead and ,,pfas
 remediation ,not later than #ah months 
after the date of enactment of this     
,act1 and each year thereafter1 the     
,administrator shall submit to ,congress
 a report describing each project       
carried out under clause 7v7 of section

,drinking ,water ,act 7#db ,u4,s4,c4    
#cjj;j-#ab7;g77#b77;,b77 during the     
previous year1 including--  7,a7 a      
description of the project2  7,b7 the   
level of lead contamination or          
contamination by perfluoroalkyl or      
polyfluoroalkyl substances1 as          
applicable1 of the drinking water at the
 facility at which the project was      
carried out before the project was      
carried out2  7,c7 the cost of the      
project2 and  7,d7 an estimate of the   
number of people that used the drinking 
water source that is the subject of the 
project during the #a-year period ending
 on the date on which the project began4
