the ,preserving ,family ,farms ,act of

the estate tax valuation of certain real
 property used in farming or other      
trades or businesses  7a7 ,in general   
,section #bjcb;,a7a77#b7 of the         
,internal ,revenue ,code of #aihf is    
amended by striking #gej1jjj and        
inserting #aa1djj1jjj4  7b7 ,inflation  
adjustment ,section #bjcb;,a7a77#c7 of  
such ,code is amended-- 7#a7 by striking
 #gej1jjj both places it appears and    

inserting #aa1djj1jjj2  7#b7 by striking
 #aiih in the matter preceding          
subparagraph 7,a7 and inserting #bjai2  
and  7#c7 by striking #aiig in          
subparagraph 7,b7 and inserting #bjah4  
7c7 ,effective date ,the amendments made
 by this section shall apply to the     
estates of decedents dying after the    
date of the enactment of this ,act4
