 health care practitioner as eligible   
for public service loan forgiveness1 and
 for other purposes4  #a4 ,amendments to
 terms and conditions of public service 
loan forgiveness ,section #dee7m77#c7 of
 the ,higher ,education ,act of #aife   
7#bj ,u4,s4,c4 #ajhg;e7m77#c77 is       
amended by adding at the end the        
following3  7,c7 ,full-time job as      
health care practitioner ,for purposes  
of subparagraph 7,b77i71 the term       
full-time professionals engaged in      
health care practitioner occupations    
includes an individual who-- 7i7 has a  

full-time job as a health care          
practitioner2  7ii7 provides medical    
services in such full-time job at a     
nonprofit hospital or public hospital or
 other nonprofit or public health care  
facility2 and  7iii7 is prohibited from 
being employed directly by such hospital
 or other health care facility by ,state
