,tariff ,act of #aicj to protect        
personally identifiable information1 and
 for other purposes4  #a4 ,short title  
,this ,act may be cited as the ,moving  
,americans ,privacy ,protection ,act4   
#b4 ,protection of personally           
identifiable information  7a7 ,in       
general ,section #dca7;c77#b7 of the    
,tariff ,act of #aicj 7#ai ,u4,s4,c4    
#adca7;c77#b77 is amended to read as    
follows3  7#b7  7,a7 ,the information   
listed in paragraph 7#a7 shall not be   
available for public disclosure if-- 7i7
 the ,secretary of the ,treasury makes  
an affirmative finding on a             
shipment-by-shipment basis that         
disclosure is likely to pose a threat of
 personal injury or property damage2 or 

7ii7 the information is exempt under the
 provisions of section #eeb7;b77#a7 of  
title #e1 ,united ,states ,code4  7,b7  
,the ,secretary shall ensure that any   
personally identifiable information1    
including ,social ,security account     
numbers and passport numbers1 is removed
 from any manifest signed1 produced1    
delivered1 or electronically transmitted
 under this section before access to the
 manifest is provided to the public4  4 
7b7 ,effective date ,the amendment made 
by subsection 7a7 shall take effect on  
the date that is #cj days after the date
 of the enactment of this ,act4
