,states ,code1 is amended-- 7#a7 by     
striking subsections 7a7 and 7b7 and    
inserting the following3  7a7           
,eligibility ,except as provided in this
 chapter1 eligibility for membership in 
the corporation and the rights and      
privileges of members are as provided in

 the bylaws4  2 and  7#b7 by            
redesignating subsection 7c7 as         
subsection 7b74  #d4 ,governing body

,states ,code1 is amended to read as

,board of directors ,the board of       
directors is the governing body of the  
corporation4 ,the board may exercise1 or
 provide for the exercise of1 the powers

directors and the responsibilities of   
the board are as provided in the bylaws4

election of the officers are as provided

subsection does not prevent the payment1

 expenses incurred in undertaking the   
corporation's business1 to officers1

 does not prevent the award of a grant  
to a ,federal ,bar ,association chapter 
of which an officer1 director1 or member
 may be a member4 ,this subsection also 
does not prevent the payment of         
reasonable compensation to the          
corporation's employees for services    
undertaken on behalf of the corporation4
  7d7 ,loans ,the corporation may not   

make a loan to a director1 officer1     
member1 or employee4  7e7 ,immunity from
 liability ,members and private         
individuals are not liable for the      
obligations of the corporation4  7f7    
,claim of governmental approval or      
authority ,the corporation may not claim
 congressional approval or the authority
 of the ,united ,states ,government for 
any of its activities2 it may1 however1
